Questions, answered

How much does it cost?

A small identity starts around €20k, a small app around €35k, and a gallery wing runs past €1.1M. Most projects land between €40k and €400k. The ticket shows where yours falls and moves as you choose. We quote a fixed price after a paid two-week discovery, so there are no surprises.

How long does it take?

An identity takes 8 to 14 weeks, a product 12 to 24 weeks, and a space or exhibition 14 to 30 weeks. We can go faster, but the shortcut is usually scope, and we would rather tell you which part to cut. A tight deadline adds a rush fee, and the ticket shows you how much.

Who will I work with?

The people you meet in the first week are the people who do the work. Every project has a lead from the founders, a producer, and designers or engineers by discipline. You get a shared channel, not a ticketing system.

Do you work with young companies?

Yes, when the idea is ready to be built. We do a small number of start-up projects each year at a reduced fee, in exchange for a slice of the story we are allowed to tell.

What do you need from us?

One decision-maker who can say yes within two days, access to the people who will use the thing, and honest numbers. The more people who have to sign it off, the longer it takes, which is why the ticket asks.

Why do you ask how it should feel?

Words are the fastest way into a brief. Pick up to four and we will argue with them, kindly. If none of the sixty-odd words fit, use the box underneath and say it your own way.

What happens after I tear the ticket?

A person reads it within two working days and replies with questions or a time for a thirty-minute call. If it makes sense for both of us, a paid two-week discovery comes next.

Do you do retainers?

After a launch we include ninety days of support, then offer an optional retainer for ongoing design and engineering. Most clients stop at ninety days.

What do you not do?

We do not pitch for free, we do not run paid media, and we do not take projects where the brief is to make something look like another company’s product.
